Individualized Skills and Socialization provides opportunities for individuals to build skills, increase independence, participate in community activities, and engage in meaningful daytime experiences.

NUDO Homes helps coordinate access to Individualized Skills and Socialization through qualified providers based on each individual’s needs, preferences, and approved service plan. We work with the individual, family, service coordinator, and support team to help identify an appropriate option and support continuity of services.
