NUDO Homes was established in 2022 with a clear purpose: to provide dependable, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our Main Services
These are the primary services we provide through the Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) programs, designed to support eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful participation in their homes and communities.
Residential Support
NUDO Homes provides safe, compassionate residential support through host homes, companion care, supervised living, residential support, and group home services. Our approach promotes independence, dignity, personal choice, safety, and meaningful community participation while providing individuals with the assistance they need to live comfortably and thrive in a supportive environment.
Community Living Supports
Our community living supports help individuals build greater independence and confidence in everyday life. Services include supported home living, daily living assistance, transportation, money management, health and safety education, life-skills development, and independent living skills training, helping individuals participate meaningfully in their homes, communities, and daily activities.
Day & Community Programs
NUDO Homes’ day and community programs promote personal development, socialization, independence, and meaningful community involvement. Programs include individualized skills and socialization, day habilitation, community integration, recreation and leisure activities, volunteer opportunities, employment assistance, supported employment, and prevocational training tailored to individual interests, abilities, and goals.
Clinical & Professional Services
Our clinical and professional services provide coordinated support focused on individuals’ health, safety, stability, and overall wellbeing. Services include nursing, behavioral support, medication oversight and reminders, service planning and coordination, crisis intervention, family support, and education, helping individuals and their families navigate care with confidence and appropriate professional guidance.

Our Approach
We believe good support begins with understanding the person, not simply the diagnosis.
That means learning what matters to the individual, how they prefer to communicate, what they enjoy, what they want to accomplish, and where support can be most helpful.
We also recognize that independence looks different for everyone. One person may be working toward preparing meals, managing a schedule, using transportation, or participating in employment. Another may need substantial daily assistance while still having meaningful control over routines, activities, and personal decisions.
Our role is to provide support that reflects each individual’s needs while encouraging participation, confidence, and personal growth.
